• City Quay is an important business location in the city, near many of the most influential insurance and financial firms in Dublin 1. It is located just across the River Liffey from the International Financial Services Centre, itself an incredibly important finance area for the city.

  • The Luas runs on the other side of the Liffey and is also just a short walk away. You can jump on the Red Luas Line or ride a few stops to change to the Green Luas Line. 


  • There is an abundance of wonderful pubs, bars, cafes, restaurants and hotels, all within walking distance of any serviced office space in City Quay. The trick is deciding where to go! If you’re hungry at lunchtime, we definitely recommend giving The Pig & Heifer, Beanhive or The Bakehouse a try. You will find great food and wonderful coffee at all of these places.
