Many of these townhouses have been converted and upgraded in order to create professional, modern office space to house the growing workforce in Dublin.

  • During the warmer months of the year, you will be able to enjoy lunch in one of the parks surrounding Harcourt Street, such as St. Stephen’s Green or Merrion Square. However, if the weather is not really up to scratch, there are loads of cafes and restaurants nearby. We definitely recommend The Art of Coffee, Green Bench Cafe and Green 19.

  • If you are looking to fill your belly after work, either with clients, colleagues or friends, you will be spoiled for choice with the wonderful restaurants nearby. Our favourites are Di Luca, Hang Dai Chinese and Mad Egg, all worth a visit.

  • For a bit of team-bonding after hours, we recommend a visit to The Bleeding Horse, Camden Exchange, The Bernard Shaw or, if you are really looking to impress, Sophie’s Bar, sitting as it does atop The Dean Hotel and offering incredible views over the city.

  • For somewhere to stay the night near your serviced office in Harcourt Street, there are many wonderful hotels on the street, ranging in price and quality. However, our favourite has to be The Dean Hotel, which would impress even the most seasoned of travellers. Looking a little farther afield, we recommend The Green Hotel, Stauntons on the Green or The Dawson Hotel.

  • If you want to discover the best of Dublin without travelling too far, offices to rent in Harcourt Street are the choice for you. The street is slap-bang in the middle of one of the city’s most important areas, meaning there is a huge amount to do and see right outside your door. We absolutely loved our visits to The Little Museum of Dublin, The Irish Whiskey Museum and Kilmainham Gaol.
