College Green is located in right in the middle of the central business district of Dublin 2. It is a plaza which sits directly in front of the prestigious Trinity University. The main streets running to and from College Green are Westmoreland Street to the north, Grafton Street to the south and Dame Street to the west. 

While the official boundaries of College Green are quite small, a lot of Dubliners include many of the streets surrounding the area in their definition of where College Green is. Some of our office space in College Green is within the official boundaries, some is a little farther afield.

The Luas, a tram service, is just a few minutes’ walk, as are the major train stations of Pearse Street, Tara Street and Connolly Station. Trains at these stations will take you across Dublin and to commuter towns. Heuston Station, with trains servicing much of the west of the country, is only a quick journey away, either by foot, bus or car.

It is important to note that, during peak times on working days,  the area is accessible only to pedestrians, buses, taxis and cyclists. However, parking is available nearby if you were hoping to drive to your serviced offices in College Green.

Even just taking a stroll through Temple Bar, you will find something to suit everyone, although if you are looking for something specific then pop into Vintage Cocktail Club (where you might need a reservation), Peadar Kearney's or Vat House Bar. 

There are plenty of hotels to choose from in the area, ranging from budget stays to luxury nights. Among our favourites are The Morgan Hotel, The Clarence Hotel and The Westin. 

You couldn’t be in a better spot in Dublin if you have visiting clients and want to show them the best of the city. To really sink your teeth into the culture of Dublin, both past and present, definitely visit The Book of Kells, conveniently displayed in the library of Trinity College, the Irish Whiskey Museum, the Guinness Storehouse, Christchurch Cathedral or The Gaiety Theatre, where you can catch performances of the iconic Irish dancing show, Riverdance.
