This serviced office building in Chepstow has been developed as an environmentally-friendly centre using low energy, passive ventilated cooling systems, motion sensitive lighting and water saving devices throughout. The business centre has also been equipped with the latest intruder, access, CCTV, and fire systems to make sure that every client who moves in does so with the minimum of interruption to their business.

The centre will cater for 260 workstations and provide the latest
telephone and IT systems that are expected in today’s business
