Drumshanbo Community Enterprise Centre was founded in 1990 to support creativities in the Drumshanbo and nearby area directed towards the generation of enterprise for the benefit and welfare of unemployed people and to promote the growth and development of all kinds of trade and industry including the provision of training and education facilities for commerce, trade, marketing, management, entrepreneurial skills and abilities (particularly for younger people) and to promote the creation and maintenance of employment.
