This Centre provides the ideal workspace for start-up and early stage companies in the science and technology sectors. Services offices are available to let on flexible terms, with as little as one month’s notice. The Centre also provides a range of services for those not quite ready to commit to a private office space. A stylish new coworking space called The POD has recently opened, and there is also provision to have a virtual office.

With 20,000 sq ft of office space, the Centre provides a home for up to 40 companies. Offices range from 140 sq ft to 1,500 sq ft, ideal for companies with 1 to 25 employees. It also has a range of superb conference and meeting rooms available to hire by the hour or the day by internal or external companies, accommodating 2 to 30 delegates.

Located in the heart of the historic and culturally diverse city of Oxford, the Centre offers excellent transport links. It is a five-minute walk from Oxford rail and bus stations which provide a regular service to London in an hour. The A34 and M40 are easily accessible and provide excellent links to the North and South of the country.
